WHAT THE CLIENT ASKED FOR
The Nelsons were established clients. This request was for their Destination Wedding in the Riviera Maya for around 80 guests. The Nelsons had already been to the Riviera Maya to check out a few resorts and had selected the Barceló Maya Colonial.
WHAT YOU BOOKED FOR THEM
For the Nelsons I immediately got in touch with the wedding coordinator for the Barceló Maya Colonial to make sure their date and time were available, as well as requesting specific information for them that was not on the website. I explained to them about the 2 different group programs offered. After they decided on the type of group, I applied and received a group code for their group. Then I made a wedding details page for their website. This page had my contact information, and all the details about the types of rooms and amenities offered by the resort, with links to forms for them to send me their information.
